The Olysis Med Spa electrolysis team begins their education with a vigorous apprenticeship program that provides them with detailed knowledge in the fields of equipment, sterilization, hygiene, electricity, biology, chemistry, dermatology, and pharmacology.

An extensive treatment training program is also included during their apprenticeship. The training technician must complete 600 hours of treatment and theory training before they become certified. Our technicians are trained in and follow strict OSHA standards of sterilization for all of our equipment.

Our electrologists proudly belong to the American Electrology Association (AEA) and the Texas Association of Professional Electrologists (TAPE). Throughout their employment at Olysis, the electrologists participate in continuing education programs to keep their certifications current.
